Bidding Help

How to view auction items and begin placing bids prior to the event:

  1. On your computer or device, go to: www.bidpartner.net/dmacc
  2. Click on “REGISTRATION”
  3. Enter your email address (please use the same email address that was used to send you this correspondence) and press “Search.”  Your information and Bid ID should appear (please note your Bid ID as you will need it for step number 6!). “Confirm” the information if it correct.
  4. Please register your credit card.  Registering your credit card in advance will allow you to place bids and save you from “checking out” at the end of the evening!!  You will bypass the check-out line and be able to pick up your purchases!  Quick and easy!!  All credit card numbers are encrypted, and that information is not accessible to other individuals.  As a double check to the system, credit card charges are not run until a couple of days AFTER the event, and after everyone is notified of their winning bids.
  5. Next, in the menu bar on the home page click on “SILENT AUCTION BIDDING”
  6. On the new Bid Partner screen, please click that you are a RETURNING user.  Then enter your assigned bidder number from the previous screen and the password “dmacc” (no quotes, all lowercase).
  7. You are now successfully logged in.  On the main home screen, in the main menu bar at the top, please click on SETTINGS.  For security purposes, please update your password to a password that you select, and then press the blue update password button.  (NOTE: If you are sharing a bid number with another person, please share the password with them.  Two people may be logged in under the same bid number and have the ability to bid on silent auction items.)
  8. On the top menu bar, click on the HOME button.  You are now ready to start viewing items and bidding.  For additional information and tips on bidding, close all windows and re-visit www.bidpartner.net/dmacc and click on “BIDDING HELP” in the menu bar of the Web page.

Directions for the night of the event – in person, in Building #7:

Login Instructions:

  1. Open the internet browser on your device and enter BIDP.NET into the Web address.
  2. Select the event attending: DMACC (04/05/2025)
  3. Select RETURNING and enter your assigned BIDDER NUMBER and your PASSWORD. Note: If you have not previously signed in, your password is dmacc. dmacc is all lowercase. Select the blue Sign In button.
  4. Confirm your name and bidder number and select continue.
  5. You can now begin bidding!
