- Bison Burger or Vegan Burger
Pickled ramp & herb aioli, chopped onion, pickles and Coopers sharp on a potato bun. - Green Goddess style salad – chopped cabbage, spinach & kale, cucumber, green onion, and sunflower seeds
with fresh herb dressing. - Cowboy Caviar – Black-eyed peas, beans, corn, tomatoes, bell peppers & onions tossed in a tangy vinaigrette.
- Potato Chips – selection of individual kettle chip-Complementary drinks during the event.

Every ticket helps cover event costs, allowing more of the funds raised throughout the evening to go directly toward updates to the Hitchcock Nature Center.
